FEE POLICY

This Fee Policy governs all service fees charged by Skiff, LLC ("Skiff,

" "we,

" "us,

" or "our") in connection with bookings made through

the Skiff platform. By using the Skiff platform as a Renter or Host, you agree to the terms outlined in this Fee Policy.

1. Service Fees Overview

Skiff charges service fees to facilitate transactions between Renters and Hosts on the platform. These fees support the operation,

maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Skiff marketplace.

IMPORTANT: Service fees charged by Skiff are fixed and do not fluctuate based on booking amount, duration, boat type, season,

or any other variable. The percentages outlined in this policy remain constant for all transactions.

2. Renter Service Fee

Renters are charged a service fee of thirteen percent (13%) of the total booking amount listed by the Host.

The Renter Service Fee is calculated as follows:

The fee is applied to the boat rental price as listed by the Host.

The fee is added to the total amount charged to the Renter at the time of booking.

The Renter Service Fee is non-refundable except in cases covered under the Skiff Cancellation Policy or where a Host cancels a

confirmed booking.

Example: If a Host lists a boat for $800, the Renter will pay $800 (boat rental) + $104 (13% service fee) = $904 total, excluding any

applicable Captain Fee.

3. Host Service Fee

Hosts are charged a service fee of eighteen percent (18%) of the total booking amount they receive from a Renter.

The Host Service Fee is calculated as follows:

The fee is deducted from the Host's payout after a booking is completed.

The Host receives eighty-two percent (82%) of the listed boat rental price.

The Host Service Fee applies to all bookings, regardless of booking duration, boat type, or other variables.

Example: If a Host lists a boat for $800 and the booking is completed, the Host will receive $656 (82% of $800) after the 18% service fee

is deducted.

4. Captain Fees

Captain fees are separate from Skiff's service fees and are determined by agreement between the Host and the Captain providing services.

When a Captain is Required: If a Host requires that a licensed Captain operate the boat during the rental period, the Renter is

responsible for paying the Captain Fee in addition to the boat rental price and Renter Service Fee.

When No Captain is Required: If the Host allows the Renter to operate the boat without a Captain (bareboat charter), no Captain

Fee applies.

booking confirmation.

Captain Fee Payment: Captain fees are paid directly through the Skiff platform and are disbursed to the Captain upon completion of

the booking.

Example: A Host lists a boat for $800 and requires a Captain. The Captain Fee is set at $200. The Renter's total cost will be: $800 (boat

rental) + $104 (13% Renter Service Fee) + $200 (Captain Fee) = $1,104 total.

6. No Hidden Fees

Skiff is committed to transparent pricing. The only fees charged by Skiff are:

The thirteen percent (13%) Renter Service Fee

The eighteen percent (18%) Host Service Fee

Skiff does not charge:

Listing fees for Hosts

Processing fees beyond the stated service fees

Membership or subscription fees

Cancellation fees (cancellations are governed by the Skiff Cancellation Policy)

7. Immutability of Service Fees

The Renter Service Fee of thirteen percent (13%) and the Host Service Fee of eighteen percent (18%) are fixed and immutable for all

bookings made through the Skiff platform. These fees:

Do not change based on booking price, duration, or boat type

Do not fluctuate based on season, demand, or market conditions

Do not vary based on Host or Renter status, booking history, or any other factor

Remain constant regardless of promotional periods or special offers

8. Payment Processing

All payments on the Skiff platform are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Standard payment processing fees

charged by these third-party providers are included in Skiff's service fees and are not separately charged to Renters or Hosts.

Refund eligibility for service fees is governed by the Skiff Cancellation Policy. In general:

If a Renter cancels a booking in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy, the Renter Service Fee may be refunded as

specified in the Cancellation Policy.

If a Host cancels a confirmed booking, the Renter receives a full refund of all amounts paid, including the Renter Service Fee.

10. Modifications to Fee Policy

Skiff reserves the right to modify this Fee Policy at any time. Any changes to the service fee percentages will apply only to bookings made

after the updated policy is published. Bookings made prior to any fee policy changes will be subject to the fee structure in effect at the time

of booking.

Users will be notified of any material changes to this Fee Policy via email and through the Skiff platform.
